Set aside time. During his presidency, Barack Obama spent an average of 5–6 hours each night reflecting on his day. This is the the time that was used to process the large amount of information that was handed to him each day. While I am certainly not president, it is still useful to keep this in mind when dealing with the items of the day. Remember to think.
